Door de aandacht te verleggen tot deze mensen kan een organisatie meer rendement behalen uit het (online)marketingbudget.<\/p><p>Tegenwoordig vindt 70% van het B2B aankoopproces online plaats. Het aankoopproces begint meestal via een zoekmachine als Google. B2B-organisaties merken dat slechts een klein gedeelte van de websitebezoekers actie onderneemt. Het grootste gedeelte laat dus geen gegevens achter, waardoor je veel informatie misloopt.<\/p><p>Met tools als Hotjar, Google Analytics en Piwik is het mogelijk data van jouw bezoekers te genereren. Er is alleen \u00e9\u00e9n grote maar: je kan niet altijd achterhalen welke organisaties je website bezocht hebben. Gelukkig bestaan er marketing automation platformen zoals ActiveCampaign en Hubspot die het IP-adres kunnen analyseren.
