De CPL is gebaseerd op de DMU en de drempel van de trigger. Hierbij is het belangrijk om na te gaan in welke fase van het koopbeslissingsproces deze lead zich bevindt. Dit proces bestaat uit de volgende 3 fasen:<\/p><ol><li>De awareness-fase;<\/li><li>De consideration-fase;<\/li><li>De conversion-fase.<\/li><\/ol><p>Iemand die zich inschrijft voor een webinar zit vaak al in de consideration-fase, maar iemand die een whitepaper download met 13 e-mailbeveiliging tips zit meestal pas in de awareness-fase. Zet lead nurturing via marketing automation in om gegenereerde leads verder door het koopbeslissingsproces te helpen. Via marketing automation stuur je relevante e-mails naar leads om ze warmer te maken voor jouw dienst of oplossing. Metrics waar je tijdens dit proces op stuurt zijn:<\/p><ul><li><b>Opens:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aantal keer dat jouw e-mail is geopend; <\/span><\/li><li><b>Verzonden:<\/b> Aantal respondenten die jouw e-mail hebben ontvangen;<\/li><li><b>Clicks: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aantal clicks op een link binnen jouw e-mail; <\/span><\/b><\/li><li><b>Open rate:<\/b> Verhouding tussen het aantal keer dat jouw e-mail is geopend en het aantal respondenten die jouw e-mail hebben ontvangen;<\/li><li><b>Click-through rate: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verhouding tussen het aantal keer dat jouw e-mail is geopend en het aantal clicks op een link binnen jouw e-mail; <\/span><\/b><\/li><li><b>Lead Score: <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het aantal punten van een lead toegekend via jouw marketing automation software.
