In 2024 is deze vorm van online marketing nog verder getransformeerd in de main character. Vanuit Leadgate vinden wij dit een zeer gewenste ontwikkeling. De hedendaagse customer journey is namelijk geen directe route meer van A, naar B, naar C. Inmiddels zijn er meer touchpoints dan ooit en bevat deze route meerdere rotondes, uitritten en invoegstroken (zie onderstaande afbeelding). Het traditionele \u2018funnel\u2019 denken is wat ons betreft dan ook verleden tijd. Al is dit zowel voor ons als voor onze klanten soms nog wel een beetje wennen. In 2023 deed een campagne het namelijk nog goed als er een CPL werd gerealiseerd van \u20ac90 &#8211; \u20ac120. Dit ligt natuurlijk volledig in lijn met het verhaal over Demand Generation en de customer journey zoals hierboven omschreven. Met een CPL van \u20ac136 bij onze klanten komen we ook in 2024 mooi uit in het midden van de benchmark.<\/p><p>Conversieratio is een lastige metric om in een benchmark te vatten. Kies je voor het aanbieden van een eBook? Dan is de kans aannemelijk dat je kunt kijken naar een conversieratio van 10% &#8211; 15%. Wil je mensen binnen halen voor een product demo? Hou dan eerder rekening met een conversieratio van 0% &#8211; 5%. Onze campagnes zijn het afgelopen jaar vooral een mix geweest tussen eBooks en demo\u2019s. Een conversieratio van 5,2% binnen onze campagnes is voor ons dan ook geen verrassing.<\/p><p>De CTR van 0,5% geeft volgens de benchmark aan dat onze online advertising specialisten begrijpen hoe de aandacht van de doelgroep gevangen kan worden.
